What You’ll Do
As an HVAC Service Technician, you will:
Diagnose and repair residential HVAC systems including:
Air conditioning systems
Heat pumps
Gas furnaces
Boilers
Zoning systems
Clearly explain system issues so homeowners understand their options
Recommend repairs, maintenance improvements, or replacement solutions when appropriate
Identify opportunities to improve comfort, reliability, and system performance
Maintain professional documentation using ServiceTitan
Represent Leonard Splaine professionally inside customers’ homes
Who Succeeds Here

Strong diagnostic ability across heating and cooling systems

ServiceTitan experience is a plus — but we train the right people.
Compensation
$24 – $40 per hour based on experience
Performance pay (Reviews, Tech Generation Leads, % on Turnover jobs etc.)
Stable, year-round work

Requirements
EPA Certification (Preferred)
NATE Certification (Preferred)
Ability to work in attics, crawlspaces, and mechanical areas
Ability to lift up to 40 lbs
Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
