Key Responsibilities and Duties

• Perform advanced diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs on residential and commercial HVAC systems.
• Troubleshoot complex mechanical and electrical issues across a variety of HVAC equipment.
• Ensure all work complies with local, state, and federal codes and safety standards.
• Accurately document service calls, repairs, and recommendations for clients.
• Communicate clearly and professionally with customers regarding service findings and options.
• Collaborate with dispatch and customer service to optimize scheduling and workflow.
• Mentor junior technicians and apprentices, providing guidance and support.
• Participate in ongoing technical training and morning meetings to stay current with industry standards.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including company vehicle and tools.
• Submit invoices, timecards, and service documentation accurately and on time.

Competencies for Success

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in HVAC service and repair.
• Valid WV HVAC license.
• EPA certification.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Highly organized with strong follow-through.
