These positions will be responsible for routine preventive maintenance of building systems, maintain grounds, perform some janitorial duties and assist in the maintenance and/or repair of facility equipment to include changing HVAC filters, checking fan belts, replacing light bulbs, inspecting safety equipment (extinguishers, eye wash, AED, and safety showers) and minor repairs.
