About the Role:

Join Aire Serv of Michigan as an HVAC Warehouse & Facilities Manager, where you will play a pivotal role in ensuring our operations run smoothly and efficiently. Be part of a dynamic team dedicated to providing top-notch HVAC services while managing our warehouse and facilities with precision and care.

Responsibilities:

Oversee daily warehouse operations, including inventory management and logistics.

Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a clean, organized workspace.

Manage facility & fleet maintenance and coordinate repairs as needed.

Collaborate with the HVAC team to streamline operations and improve efficiency.

Track and report on inventory levels, ordering supplies as necessary.

Train and supervise warehouse staff to optimize performance and productivity.

Implement best practices for warehouse management and operational workflows.

Assist in budget management and cost control measures for facilities.

Requirements:

Proven experience in warehouse management or facilities management.

Strong knowledge of HVAC systems and industry standards.

Excellent organizational and leadership skills.

Ability to operate warehouse equipment safely and efficiently.

Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.

Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks as required.
