$30–$35 per hour (based on experience)
Full-Time | Monday–Friday + Rotating Weekends

Fix-It 24/7 is looking for a Warranty Technician to join our fast-growing, high-performance service team in Colorado!

What You'll Do:
Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve warranty-related HVAC issues in residential systems
Collaborate with Service Managers to ensure quality control and equipment performance
Document and process warranty claims accurately and efficiently
Deliver an exceptional customer experience through honest communication and expert service
Support service technicians in identifying warranty trends or recurring issues

What We're Looking For:
3+ years of hands-on HVAC experience
High level of technical skill, attention to detail, and problem-solving ability
Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, diagnostics, and manufacturer warranties
EPA Certification (required); NATE certification a plus
Clean background check, MVR, and ability to pass a drug screen
Excellent communication and customer service skills
