We are looking for a Purchasing Coordinator to join our growing centralized purchasing team and help support multiple locations across our organization.

    Schedule Options:

    Weekend coverage role with two scheduling options:

    • **4 days / 10-hour shifts: Thursday–Sunday
      OR **

    • 5 days / 8-hour shifts: Thursday–Monday

    What You'll Do:

    • Manage material purchasing requests across assigned markets
    • Review and validate purchase requests for accuracy and job association
    • Work directly with approved vendors on pricing, availability, and lead times
    • Create and track purchase orders while ensuring timely turnaround
    • Coordinate deliveries to warehouses and job sites
    • Resolve discrepancies related to orders, deliveries, and invoices
    • Support accounting with invoice matching and documentation
    • Help enforce purchasing processes and company SOPs
    • Track purchasing metrics and identify process improvement opportunities

    What We're Looking For:

    • Strong organizational and communication skills
    • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-moving environment
    • Experience with purchasing, warehouse operations, or dispatching is a plus
    • Plumbing, HVAC, or home services experience is a MUST
    • Comfortable using Microsoft Office and basic Excel functions
    • Team player with a problem-solving mindset
    • High attention to detail and sense of urgency
