Job Summary

We are currently seeking a professional, dependable, and highly organized HVAC Installation Dispatcher to support our installation operations. This role is essential to maintaining efficient workflow, delivering excellent customer service, and ensuring our installation teams are positioned for success each day.

Primary Responsibilities: • Schedule and coordinate HVAC installation appointments to maximize efficiency and productivity • Communicate with customers to confirm appointments, provide updates, and address scheduling needs • Dispatch installation crews and serve as the central point of communication between technicians, management, and customers • Verify job readiness, including equipment availability and required documentation • Adjust schedules proactively to accommodate emergencies or changes • Maintain accurate records within dispatch and scheduling systems • Support a positive customer experience from initial scheduling through job completion

Qualifications: • Prior dispatching experience required; HVAC or home services industry experience strongly preferred • Excellent organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities • Strong written and verbal communication skills, bilingual is a plus • Ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced environment • Proficiency with scheduling software and standard office technology • Professional demeanor with a strong customer-service mindset
