HVACR Service Technician – KC Mechanical Commercial Kitchen Appliance Solutions

KC Mechanical is Vermont’s trusted partner for the installation, service, and maintenance of commercial kitchen equipment. From refrigeration to hot-side appliances, dishwashers, and walk-ins, we keep professional kitchens running smoothly.

We are looking for a motivated HVACR Service Technician with a few years of hands-on experience to join our growing team.

What You’ll Do:

Diagnose, repair, and maintain commercial refrigeration, HVAC, and kitchen equipment

Perform preventative maintenance services on a variety of appliances (hot and cold side)

Work directly with schools, healthcare facilities, restaurants, and other commercial kitchens

Communicate clearly with customers and document service performed

Collaborate with teammates and contribute to a respectful, team-first culture

What We’re Looking For:

4+ years of HVACR or refrigeration service experience

EPA and Natural Gas certification preferred (we can assist with licensing/training)

Strong troubleshooting skills and attention to detail

Ability to work independently and manage time effectively

A positive, professional attitude with customers and coworkers

Valid driver’s license
