HW Staffing Solutions, a well-established firm providing temporary, temporary to hire and direct placement services in the Greater-Brockton area, is seeking an experienced recruiter/staffing professional to join their team. In this role, you'll be responsible for:

• Recruiting, interviewing and placing candidates in manufacturing and office positions
• Responding to clients and learning more about their open positions through telephone calls, worksite tours and weekly/daily check-ins
• Continuing to build the HW Brand in the local area via social media, attending networking events and other community functions
• Reading, Writing and Speaking Creole, Spanish or Portuguese to assist our employees.
• Entering applicant information into the company database and ensuring compliance with local, federal and state labor laws.
