    Job Description

    An established anesthesia staffing firm located on the North of Boston is currently searching for an experienced Health care Recruiter to join its team. Working directly with established Senior recruiters you would be responsible to market, source and screen qualified providers for current open positions the firm has with our robust established Client base. You would support the overall goals of the firm with a full cycle recruiting role. The Health care Recruiter will develop relationships with potential candidates, manage initial on-boarding process, schedule interviews and assist in process to get the provider to the finish line on time. The Health care Recruiter may also participate in special projects or attend recruitment meetings or events. Position reports directly to the Director of Northeast Sales and is considered a high volume recruitment position. You can expect tremendous earning potential with our compensation structure which far exceeds industry standards. This is a full-time opportunity offering the potential, once successful trends have been established, to work partly in a remote role. Must live locally.

    ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES ARE INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

    · Consults with Senior recruiter on team to understand the assignment needs of a Client thoroughly to include the following; Overall expectations, required skills for assignment, case volume expected, available scheduling options, length of assignment, credentialing requirement and compensation

    · Ensures jobs are posted accurately, timely and on every possible media source available

    · Responds to inquiries from potential applicants in a timely fashion.

    · Screens providers via phone call and begins the application/on boarding process

    · Discusses potential Providers with Client Recruiter

    · Once NASI on-board is complete packages and sends to Senior Recruiter for review

    · Coordinates interview with Senior Recruiter prior to official presentation.

    · After presentation keeps the Provider informed of where things are in motion

    · If confirmed on assignment assists with gathering of documents to start credentialing

    · May be involved with assisting credentialing team to ready Providers file for application process for privileges

    · Coordinates with Senior Recruiter and Credentialing Coordinator right up until start of assignment ensuring Provider is informed of status and has orientation/first day information, a Time sheet to use for invoicing and all that is needed for a smooth start

    · While Provider is on assignment stays in touch to be sure all is well

    · Relays any issues or concerns to Senior Recruiter to manage.

    · Stays ahead with Provider to explore next assignment desire for a Provider if they don’t plan to extend on current assignment

    · Asks Provider for potential referrals within their network

    · Completes recruitment reports as requested by Director of North East sales

    · Stays familiar with all Client openings so marketing efforts are done so with confidence

    · Is able to back up other Recruiters and recruitment efforts to keep all efforts of the team moving in a positive direction

    · Actively participates in team meetings

     

    QUALIFICATIONS:

    YOU WILL BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE IF YOU HAVE THE FOLLOWING COMPETENCIES:

    · A Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience

    · 2-3 years in a prior recruitment role. Health care industry preferred but not necessary

    · A history of recruiting successes in a high volume environment

    · Experience in sourcing through various social channels and networks

    · Strong organization skills to coordinate sourcing strategies with identified leads and/or referrals to build pipeline for future openings

    · Eloquent and possess strong relationship building/management skills

    · Decisive and action oriented

     

    Additional Skills: PC skills, preferably Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Access) and Outlook (e-mail and calendar), Knowledge to navigate with various media sources Essential Duties & Responsibilities are including but not limited to:
