Job Description

COMPANY: We operate as a non-profit organization offering thermostats, water-saving devices, and rebate progressing services.

PAY AND SCHEDULE: We are offering $16.75-$17.50 per hour to start. The schedule is Monday-Friday 8:30 am – 5:00 pm

QUALIFICATION

• High School Diploma with some college or industry-related experience preferred
• 1-2 years of office experience
• Computer skills and data entry experience
• Ability to pass a pre-employment background check

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Answer a high volume of incoming calls while utilizing multiple databases and resources.
• Process orders, returns, credits, and exchanges for customers.
• Assist customers in identifying available energy conservation programs, rules, and application processes.
• Assist customers using multiple forms of communication, including but not limited to: phone, email, and chat
