In the event this occurs, the details of the situation will be discussed with the employee prior to the temporary or regular transfer. Throughout the work day employees are expected to be productive and helpful. This may apply if a co-worker needs assistance or if current tasks have been completed. It is the employee’s responsibility to find, or ask for, another assignment. If no production task is available, the supervisor may request the employee to participate in office maintenance, professional development training or simply end the regular work day. Remember, there is no such statement as, “That’s not my job.” Your cooperation in such situations is an important factor in the performance of your work and in the overall operation of our business.

Any and all applicants hired will be required to complete an employee-provided training program in order to elevate the applicant's skills to a level of unsupervised field service work. The training period will vary according to determination of competence by management.
