MAJOR DUTIES/ RESPONSIBILITIES
Prioritize boats based on schedule
Use company App for boat movement request and marking completion of courtesy clean
Self starting
Work independently
Clean and wipe down all surfaces. Lift seat cushions and Spot Clean under seats, wipe down Eisenglass and clean windows.
Safely rinse, soap, scrub, rinse outside when necessary to remove road grime etc.
Tidy up boat interior. Example wipe down and store fenders, make sure ropes are coiled and stored correctly.
Vacuum when necessary to clean up leaves, garbage etc…
Check tire pressure add air as necessary, visual inspection boat and trailer.
Ensure all boats passing through Courtesy Clean are secure on the trailers and covers are secure for travel. Ensure all bimini tops are booted and secure for travel.
Keep clean and organized work space

Ensure safety and care of boats serviced and stored by Hagadone Marine reflect the high expectations of quality and cleanliness.
Document with pictures, emails and notes any concerns or issues.
Safe use of products on all surfaces
Report exceptionally dirty detail “touch ups”
Report exceptionally dirty boats
Ensure covers are high & tight (no matter what)
Other tasks as assigned
REQUIREMENTS
Schedule Requirements and Physical Demands:
Able to work a minimum of 20 hours per week.
Able to work a variety of shifts, which include weekends, nights, days, and holidays.
Able to walk and stand on your feet 8 to 10 hours at a time.
Able to walk on tile, carpet, and up and down stairs.
Able to work in inclement weather conditions.
18+ years old for vehicle operation
