Skills and Abilities required:

· Adhere to shop recipe and standards while maintaining operating policies

· Must be able to work flexible hours including nights, weekends and holidays

· Need to have or be able to get a valid food handlers certification card

· Should always maintain neat, clean appearance and environment

· Maintain regular consistent attendance and punctuality

· Ability to communicate in a polite and pleasant manner

· Should be able to lift at least 30lbs

· Must be able to stand and serve customers for long periods of time
