  • Responsibilities

    JOB/TASK FUNCTIONS:
    The following job/task functions have been identified as the core functions of this position. However, the supervisor or manager may assign additional duties associated with this position.

    • Tracks and processes associate attendance awareness/disciplinary records.

    • Prepares and processes separation paperwork and obtains appropriate signatures (includes deactivating security badge, preparing separation notice, and unemployment forms).
    • Processes request for time off documentation
    • Performs payroll functions including schedules, punches and approvals in ADP Etime, and assists associates with payroll questions, missing time punches.
    • Tracks Associate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) allowances
    • Maintains and updates associate bulletin boards and information centers.
    • Assists in the planning of company parties and events.
    • Assist in recruiting, interviewing and hiring of hourly personnel positions.
    • Assists with new hire orientations.
    • Maintains employee files.
    • Enter associate training records into database OMS
    • Assists with administrative duties involving employee benefits, employee training records, and employee files.
    • Maintains information regarding applicant tracking, sends communication to candidates as needed, schedules interviews for candidates (internal/external), and conducts candidate testing.
    • Assists Associate Services Department in other responsibilities as needed.
    • Performs all duties and operates machinery & equipment according to MIOSHA standards and company procedures using required safety equipment (gloves, sleeves, ear plugs, etc.)
    • Able and willing to work any shift assigned, weekends and overtime
    • Regular and predictable attendance required

    • Responsible for reading and understanding the IATF16949, ISO9001 :2015 and ISO-14001procedures located at K:/winapps/data/TS Team/Quality System Documentation
    • Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written
    • Ability to write and compose effective correspondence and routine reports
    • Excellent attendance record and safety record
    • Works well under pressure
    • Ability to handle multiple tasks at the same time
    • Exhibits patience with all associates while working through issues
    • Positive attitude toward job and all associates
