Job Description: As a sales representative in the paintless dent repair industry, your main goal is to sign up new customers who need repairs on their cars due to hail, storm damage or other accidents. Besides the real-time internet leads that we provide from customers that inquire about hail damage repair, another way to sign up customers is by door knocking or canvassing parking lots to generate leads. When you approach a customer, you can explain to them the benefits of paintless dent repair, including the fact that it is a cost-effective and time-efficient method for repairing their car. To make it even more enticing, you can mention that if their insurance covers the repair costs, we offer a no-money-down deductible assistance program for low-income applicants. This means that the customer may not have to pay anything out of pocket for the repair. For example, imagine you are talking to a customer who has just experienced hail damage on their car. You explain to them that you work for a paintless dent repair company and that the process is quick, easy, and affordable. You mention that if they have insurance, we can assist them in covering the deductible costs. The customer is thrilled to hear that they can get their car fixed at little to no cost and signs up for the repair on the spot. By making the process easy and affordable, you'll find that customers are eager to sign up for paintless dent repair services. And as a sales representative, you'll earn a commission on each repair job you bring in, allowing you to earn a substantial income while helping customers get their cars back on the road. This position offers the opportunity for advancement to a management role for those that excel. Benefits and Compensation: We offer a highly competitive compensation package for our outside sales representatives. You will earn a commission of 10%-15% on each sale, plus monthly sales incentives based on achieving targets. For example, with just 10 sales per month (roughly 1 every 3 days), you could earn $7,500 per month at 15% commission. With 30 sales per month (roughly 1 per day), you could earn $22,500 per month at 15% commission. We also provide a draw against commission of $3,000 per month, giving you a guaranteed income while you build your book of business.
