Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree in Meteorology or a related field. • Proven experience in meteorology and familiarity with advanced forecasting tools, particularly WSI. • Strong proficiency in social media platforms, including Facebook, TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube. • Exceptional map reading skills and the ability to communicate complex meteorological information in an accessible manner. • Experience in live severe storm tracking and reporting. • Graphic design skills for creating engaging and informative content. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment. • Willingness to work long hours during periods of active severe weather. Compensation: $45,000 - $65,000 yearly
