Saloon Leaders are true team leader of our Hair Saloon locations. Responsibilities
Follow, understand, communicate, and promote Hair Saloon's standard operating procedures, company values, and a healthy, team-focused Saloon culture
Recruit, hire, develop, and retain top-performing talent
Guide the development of your team members, including conducting regular staff member performance evaluations
Perform premium men’s grooming services to Hair Saloon standards (part time)
Comfort using retail-appropriate computer technology
Oversee staff scheduling, quality control, inventory, store finances, and facilities
Support clients in choosing the perfect service, style, and products for their individual needs
Build lasting relationships with clients and team members
Communicate effectively with clients, staff, and management, both verbally and in writing
Nurture a positive team environment

Qualifications
Minimum 21 years of age
High school graduate or equivalent
Licensed with state cosmetology and/or barber board
Experience in customer service, use of retail computer technology, and cash controls
Some management experience is preferred, but not required
All associated locations are independently owned and operated by a franchisee.
