About the Role:

Responsibilities:

Provide high-quality haircuts to clients of all ages but specifically children from first haircut to fourteen years old.

Consult with clients to understand their style preferences and needs.

Stay updated with the latest trends and techniques in hairstyling and barbering.

Maintain clean and organized workstations to ensure a welcoming atmosphere.

Build lasting relationships with clients to encourage repeat visits.

Assist in promoting salon services and products to enhance customer experience.

Collaborate with team members to create a positive work environment.

Adhere to all health and safety regulations in the salon.

Requirements:

Valid cosmetology or barbering license in the state of Alabama.

Proven experience as a stylist or barber with a strong portfolio.

Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality.

Passion for the beauty industry and continuous learning.

Strong attention to detail and creativity in hairstyling.
