Our pay structure:

Service Commission: 40-45% based on weekly sales

Work more, earn more!

Product Commission: 10% on your check +10% in your PTO bank

Birds covers the cost of running all discounts + promotions

100% of your tips go directly to you on your paycheck

Level 2 (40% request rate) - Average hourly pay: $33.50

Level 3 (60% request rate) - Average hourly pay: $36.60

Qualifications

1+ year of hair cutting experience

Texas State Cosmetology and/or Barber License
