We’re Birmingham’s premier blow dry bar, and the busy season is here! Our salon is buzzing with energy, clients, and endless opportunities for talented stylists to shine. Our stylists enjoy a flexible schedule to support work-life balance, a competitive base pay, lucrative tips, and 20% commission on retail and add-on sales. Our stylists average up to $40 per hour!

What We’re Looking For:

Passionate, creative, licensed hairstylists ready to work in a high-traffic environment

Active Alabama Cosmetology License

Skills in blowouts, styling, updos, and customer service

Reliability, professionalism, and a positive team attitude

Blow Dry Bar Stylist – Responsibilities:

Provide professional blowouts and styling.

Perform shampooing, scalp massage, and prep services.

Recommend and educate clients on products & treatments.

Deliver an exceptional guest experience with every visit.

Maintain cleanliness, safety, and salon standards.

Support team flow and participate in training.
