About the Role

Chuck Town Clippers is looking for a skilled, client-focused Barber or Hair Stylist who takes pride in their craft and loves making people look and feel their best. You'll be a core part of a fast-moving shop that values precision, consistency, and exceptional client experience from the moment someone sits in your chair.

What You'll Do

Deliver precise haircuts, fades, tapers, trims, and shaves using both classic and modern techniques

Consult with clients to understand their face shape, hair type, lifestyle, and style goals

Recommend and apply the right products and treatments for each client

Maintain a clean, organized station and uphold shop sanitation standards

Stay current on trends in men's grooming and styling

Build a loyal client base through consistency, skill, and great conversation

What We're Looking For

Required: Valid SC cosmetology or barber license (or ability to obtain one)

Experience as a barber, stylist, or in a similar role is strongly preferred

Strong technical skills — fades, clipper work, scissor cuts, straight razor shaves

Comfortable working with diverse hair textures and client needs

Personable, punctual, and professional

A passion for the craft and genuine care for client satisfaction
