Responsibilities: What You’ll Do: • Provide blowouts, styling, and finishing services tailored to each guest • Perform scalp treatments designed to support long-term hair health • Build strong client relationships by delivering an exceptional salon experience • Recommend professional products and educate clients on at-home care routines • Keep your station and salon space organized, clean, and welcoming Qualifications: What We’re Looking For: • Pennsylvania Cosmetology License (required) • Skilled in blowouts, finishing, and styling for different hair types • Passion for guest experience and building a loyal clientele • Interest in advanced scalp therapy and modern beauty trends • Flexibility for evenings and weekends is a plus Compensation: $41,000 - $80,000 yearly
