Greet and introduce yourself

Consult and confirm what the customer wants

Create the cut + recommend haircare/products when appropriate

Requirements

Current cosmetology or barber license (per state rules)

Flexible schedule: at least one weekend shift + two evening shifts

Reliable and consistent attendance

Able to work on your feet and cut hair for extended periods in a fast-paced salon

Ability to read and speak English

Positive attitude with coworkers and customers
