Fantastic Sams is looking for a talented and passionate Hair Stylist to join our team in beautiful Prescott, AZ! Responsibilities:

Provide a full range of hair services including cuts, color, highlights, and styling

Consult with clients to understand their hair goals and recommend personalized treatments

Perform chemical services such as perms, relaxers, and keratin treatments

Maintain a clean, sanitary, and organized workstation in compliance with salon standards

Build and retain a loyal client base through exceptional customer service

Stay current with the latest hair trends, techniques, and product knowledge

Assist in retail product recommendations to enhance clients' at-home hair care routines

Requirements:

Valid Arizona Cosmetology License required

Previous experience as a Hair Stylist or in a salon environment preferred

Proficiency in cutting, coloring, and styling techniques for all hair types

Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a client-first attitude

Ability to manage appointment scheduling and maintain punctuality

Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team

Passion for the beauty industry and commitment to continued education
