Position Overview:

We are seeking a passionate, skilled, and self-motivated stylist with a strong following to join our commission-based team. As an experienced stylist, you will have the opportunity to build upon your current clientele and grow within our salon. The ideal candidate should have a passion for hair, a high level of professionalism, and a desire to work in a dynamic, collaborative, and thriving environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional hair services, including cutting, coloring, styling, and treatments, while staying up-to-date on the latest trends and techniques.

• Build and maintain a loyal clientele base through excellent customer service, attention to detail, and building meaningful relationships.

• Promote salon services and products via social media, word of mouth, and personal branding to attract and retain clients.

• Participate in salon events, photoshoots, and promotional activities.

• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional workspace.

• Collaborate with fellow team members to create a positive and productive environment.

• Stay informed about industry trends, techniques, and product knowledge.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of professional experience as a stylist.

• Established client base and social media following preferred.

• Proficient in all aspects of hair cutting, coloring, and styling.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships with clients.

• Passionate about staying current with industry trends and new techniques.

• Ability to work in a commission-based structure.
