About the Role

Moxie Salon & Beauty Bar is seeking experienced hair stylists who want stability, strong income potential, and a supportive team. If you have 4+ years behind the chair and love delivering exceptional client experiences, we want to meet you.

What You’ll Do

Provide full-service haircare: cuts, color, blonding, keratin, blowouts, etc.

Consult with clients and recommend styles, treatments, and products

Deliver exceptional customer service and maintain a clean workstation

Stay current on trends and techniques

Support salon promotions, membership sales, and community engagement

What We’re Looking For

Valid TN cosmetology license

4+ years of salon experience

Strong technical skills and confident client communication

Experience with extensions or makeup is a plus

Positive, team-oriented, professional attitude

Ability to work weekends/evenings
