Job Summary We are seeking a talented and passionate Hair Stylist to join our team, providing customers with exceptional service and helping them look and feel their best. As a Hair Stylist, you will deliver expert haircuts, colors, and styles using both basic and advanced techniques. You’ll consult with clients to understand their preferences, recommend personalized looks, and ensure every guest leaves our salon feeling confident and happy with their new style.

Responsibilities

Consult with clients to understand their hair goals, face shape, and hair type, recommending styles that best suit them.

Perform shampoo, conditioning, and hair treatment services using high-quality salon products.

Execute precise haircuts, trims, and shaping services.

Apply a variety of color techniques, including highlights, balayage, and full color applications.

Create beautiful styles for everyday wear, formal events, and special occasions.

Stay current on the latest trends, techniques, and products in the hair and beauty industry.

Qualifications

Successful completion of a cosmetology program and valid state cosmetology license (required)

Proven experience as a stylist, hairdresser, or similar role (preferred)

Strong knowledge of cutting, coloring, straightening, and curling techniques

Familiarity with a variety of professional treatment and styling products

Excellent communication skills and a passion for client satisfaction
