Job Summary

The Hairy Elephant Hair Salon for Kids is looking for hair stylists that are dedicated, passionate, customer-focused, kid friendly and are interested in providing exceptional customer service! We guarantee afternoon/evening and weekend clientele.

Responsibilities

Evaluate customers’ face shape, hair features, and personal preferences to recommend appropriate haircuts and hairstyles.

Wash hair at hair-washing stations with appropriate products

Apply hair treatment products

Provide customers with a wide range of hair styling options

Qualifications

Successful completion of a cosmetology school is required

Proven experience as a stylist, hairdresser, or similar role is preferred

In-depth knowledge of hair cutting techniques and best practices

Familiar with a variety of treatment products

Up-to-date with trends in fashion and beauty

Hourly pay can fluctuate based on work load.
