Job Summary

We are seeking a talented experienced Hair Stylist who is looking for a new family to join our team, providing customers with a comfortable personal experience in a team supported environment. Focus on customer Care as well as creating Great haircuts and hairstyles and helping them to look and fell their best! Supporting the client by recomending the best products and hairstyles for each individual client’s needs and preferences. Most importantly, we support you with flexibility, full front desk support and financial metroing to achieve more than you have ever achieved before. We believe in taking care of you. A happy well supported stylist will help to ensure that every customer leaves our salon feeling great about how we made them feel, the connection and joy with their hair and the services we provide. Our salon is a haven for work life balance, we are open 4 days a week. Wednesday through Saturday. Lots of support from our awesome Front desk care team to our Apprentice assistant Team. We collaborate monthly to nurture our Team and our guest experience. There is a consistent flow of new guests and plenty of client sharing opportunities. We mentor in Financial systems and guide you on how to work smarter not harder. We truly Believe "if you have to work you might as well have Fun!" Responsibilities (we support and guide on all of this)

Great Consulatations: Evaluate customers’ face shape, hair features, and personal preferences to recommend appropriate haircuts and hairstyles.

Exceptional Shampoo experience, Apply hair treatment products

Execute Luxury haircuts and guide the guest on how to achieve their look at Home.

Apply highlights, balayage, and other hair coloring and texture services.

Provide customers with a wide range of hair styling options, from formal to casual.

Active and engaging Social Media presence, we will guide you.

Qualifications

Nj Licensed: completion of a cosmetology school is required.

Proven minimum 3 plus years active working experience as a stylist. Not assisitant.

In-depth knowledge of hair cutting techniques and best practices

Skilled at hair coloring, Blonding, Haircutting, and Stylng

Familiar with Keratins, Magic Sleek and Extensions a PLUS

Up-to-date with trends in fashion and beauty
