Responsibilities:

Provide a full range of hair services including cuts, color, highlights, and styling

Perform chemical services such as, relaxers, and keratin treatments

Maintain a clean, sanitary, and organized styling station at all times

Build and retain a loyal client base through exceptional customer service

Stay current with the latest hair trends, techniques, and product knowledge

Collaborate with salon team members to ensure a positive guest experience

Requirements:

Valid New Jersey Cosmetology License required

Experience in a professional salon setting preferred

Proficiency in cutting, coloring, and styling for diverse hair types

Strong communication and client consultation skills

Reliable, punctual, and professional demeanor

Ability to work flexible hours including weekends
