Responsibilities:

Perform a variety of hair services including cuts, color, highlights, and styling

Consult with clients to understand their hair goals and recommend personalized treatments

Deliver exceptional customer service to build and maintain a loyal clientele

Stay current with the latest hair trends, techniques, and products

Maintain a clean, sanitary, and organized workstation in compliance with salon standards

Upsell retail hair care products and additional salon services

Collaborate with fellow stylists to foster a positive and professional salon atmosphere

Requirements:

Valid Massachusetts Cosmetology License required

Experience in cut, color, and styling techniques preferred

Strong communication and client consultation skills

Ability to build and retain a personal clientele base

Reliable, punctual, and professional demeanor

Passion for the beauty industry and ongoing education

Ability to work flexible hours including weekends
