Job Description

Position: * Customer Service/Office Manager position at professional sales office * Location: Kirkland, WA * Full-time * In office w/ flexibility for work from home days Candidate qualifications should include: * High-School or equivalent diploma * Associates degree or other training/degree a bonus * Good communication skills - verbal and written * Good Microsoft Office skills - working knowledge of Excel especially important * Power Point - familiarity w/ creating/editing presentations * Good organizational skills - filing, tracking, retrieving documents, reports, emails * Multi-tasker - able to handle, track, update many tasks throughout the day/week * People Skills - will have to interface via phone & email w/ distributor partners and manufacturers Position Responsibilities: * Data entry - quotes, sample requests, program status updates in our system * Filling in electronic & online forms for sample requests, special pricing requests, etc. * Formatting and uploading Excel reports monthly * Phone & email - assisting with customer & distributor inquiries * Run reports from our system, format them in Excel, and distribute. * Help create product trainings and quarterly business review presentations via Power Point. * Assisting w/ reservations, scheduling Compensation Package: * Hourly: $21-$23/hr. DOE + discretionary bonus based on company performance * Benefits include health insurance, dental, vision, 401K retirement plan with company matching. IT: (Optional) This is not required for this position, but if there is an interest on the candidates part we would be interested in discussing. * Facilitating software updates, restarting/rebooting phone system or servers, etc. * Assisting w/ loading software upgrades, downloading/installing remote login applications from our manufacturing partners, etc. * Social media/LinkedIn - assist w/ updating content, posting, marketing There are a lot of questionable customer service/support jobs out there on the Internet and this is NOT one of them.
