Halcyon is looking to hire an Office Manager / Executive Assistant to join our team! You will be responsible for overseeing the administrative activities of the organization.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide administrative assistance to the management team
- Manage records and information
- Prepare marketing materials and investor presentations
- Bookkeeping and Accounts Payable functions
- Perform other office tasks (replenish office supplies, distribute mail, custodial duties, etc.)
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Previous experience in administrative services or other related fields
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)
- Ability to prioritize and multi-task
- Strong organizational skills
- Deadline and detail-oriented
- Strong leadership qualities
