You’d be responsible for overseeing transactions from start to finish to ensure offers and counteroffers are approved for a smooth and successful sale. ONLY RESPOND THROUGH THIS POSTING.  Responsibilities: Check each document to verify it has all the correct signatures and dates so the transaction process goes smoothly Enter client information into the client database system and submit appropriate documentation to the office broker for file compliance and keep track of transaction activity Ensure inspections are scheduled and assist with negotiating and completing any necessary repairs Support sales agents, clients, and other parties with escrow-related paperwork, such as appraisals, titles, and mortgage loans Supervise all administrative duties for home buyer and seller transactions from contract to close • Run weekly reports accurately and in a timely fashion • Communicate regularly with the client to send them reminders, follow up, and let them know what to expect in each step of the closing process • Be the first point of contact/resource for all questions that arise throughout the closing process from the agent (and client, attorneys, lenders, appraisers, other transaction coordinators/Realtors, etc.) • Stay in good communication with the agent if any issues arise that they need to handle or negotiate • Follow up with clients after the sale to check-in and request a testimonial Qualifications: Applicants must possess exceptional organizational and verbal and written skills Motivated to serve people and provide excellent customer service • Real Estate Experience and transaction management is REQUIRED • Learning-based • Able to approach difficult situations with solutions • Action-oriented and a self-starter • MUST be tech-savvy Compensation: $50,000 - $65,000 yearly
