Radiance Technologies is seeking a Launcher Hardware Integration Engineer with prior THAAD or Patriot Launcher system experience to design and develop new system. The successful individual will provide systems integration engineering support and expertise for weapon systems launcher development, integration of hardware, assemblies and subsystems, for prototype development, production, and testing.
CONTRACTOR WILL SUPPORT
- Provide launcher HW systems engineering and integration support
- Assist with the development of system requirements
- Review and evaluate system technical specifications, designs, analyses, test plans/procedures, and technical data packages.
- Support development of missile system/launcher M&S strategy and tools
- Develop and present briefings, analysis, and reports to government customer.
DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Active TS/SCI
- Technical oversight of major weapon systems development
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office products
Required Skills
- Able to perform all functional duties independently.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Be proficient with Scheduling Software, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
- Active Secret Clearance
Required Experience
- 10 years of experience supporting engineering for weapon systems.
- Bachelor’s Degree in either Mechanical (Preferred), or Electrical Engineering Degree.
- Demonstrated knowledge and application of systems engineering and requirements analysis.
- Weapon System Integration experience.
- Demonstrated experience with System Requirements Preliminary Design Reviews.
