Job Description
The Hall Law Office, PLLC is a rapidly growing law firm with offices in Washington D.C.. We are urgently searching for an Immigration Paralegal for our PERM/Business Immigration Practice Group.
We have just received a significant amount of EB-3/PERM work and need to find sufficient experienced professionals. You must be familiar and have experience with PERM. There will not be time for significant training. You must have experience and be ready to use it immediately.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Preparing and sending USCIS forms (EB-3 and business green card; naturalization and citizenship, non-immigrant and immigrant visa petitions, etc.)
REQUIREMENTS:
· Bilingual (SPANISH AND ENGLISH)
· Familiarity with the Immigration Court and USCIS procedures
· Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
· Works well under pressure
· Experience using Microsoft Office/Excel
· Experience using immigration practice software is a bonus!
EXPERIENCE:
· Immigration Paralegal: 2-3 years (Required)
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $25.00 to $28.00 /hour/ Commensurate with experience
