    About this Role:

    As a BizOps Intern, you will play a vital role in supporting the operational and strategic initiatives of our company. This role offers hands-on experience in working with engineering teams, analyzing technical documentation, and supporting business operations within the dynamic blockchain industry.

    What you will do:

    • Take ownership over a project that will directly inform product roadmap decisions, including:
      • Research: market research and competitive analysis, including reading technical documentation
      • Data analytics: analyze data from live integrations and garner insights from on-chain publicly available information
      • Customer insights: Garner insights from current and prospective partners
      • Planning: Think through prioritizing feature requests & setting business goals for Q3/Q4
    • Experience the start-up culture of a close, intimate, and fast-paced team, and learn about the structure, roles, and responsibilities of each member in an early startup

    Who we are looking for

    • Students pursuing a degree in a Business- or Computer Science-related field, or have such relevant experience
    • Quick learner and passionate about picking up new technologies and hacking on novel ideas
    • Located in or willing to relocate to Washington, D.C. for the duration of the internship (Summer 2024)
    • Must be enrolled as a full-time student at a U.S. college or university

    Bonus points

    • Understanding of blockchain
    • Deep experience with each of these are a plus: Excel, Powerpoint, Figma, Jira, SQL
