Benefits Include: • Paid lawyer registration fees • Lucrative bonus prospects tied to performance and client origination • Unlimited Paid Time Off • Vision, dental, and medical benefits from day one • Employer-sponsored Continuing Legal Education (CLE) courses • Monthly internet allowance • Retirement plan with employer-matched contributions • Option for remote work or hybrid schedule Responsibilities: • Engage in full-service family law representation, including representation in both pre-decree and post-decree domestic relations matters • Conduct discovery and high-level legal research when needed, draft and review complex court filings, conduct pretrial hearings and conferences, motions hearings, mediations, depositions, and final orders hearings • Devise and implement strategies to reach client goals and manage client expectations • Manage client matters independently from beginning to end • Provide high-level production support on a range of family law cases Qualifications: Job qualifications • Minimum of two years of experience successfully helping clients achieve their desires in their Colorado family law matters • Experience practicing family law in Colorado is required • Extensive knowledge of, and experience with, complex family law cases, including family law cases involving business interests, executive compensation, and other complex financial issues • Able to manage a caseload of a minimum of 20 active cases and meet the minimum billable hour requirements • Personality, character, intelligence, and integrity are extremely important considerations • Strives for continued professional development, participate in continuing legal education courses, and be aware of his/her own knowledge gaps • The applicant is an advocate of diversity and inclusivity in the workplace • Values a work-life balance and does so while meeting work responsibilities and requirements • Maintains exceptional levels of professionalism and decorum under all circumstances • Employs a keen eye for detail and takes pride in their work quality Please note that we are currently only open to candidates located in Colorado.
