    Our busy, enterprising family law Firm in Denver is seeking a highly professional Client Engagement Specialist (CES) who has the ability to build our client-base and maintain effective client relationships over time with the firm. If so, keep reading on. This may be just the opportunity you've been looking for!  Responsibilities: • The CES will: The CES will conduct initial consultations with prospective new clients (“PNCs”). These PNCs seek out our Firm and are pre-screened by a client intake person who collects basic information before the initial consultations. The CES is not required or expected to make cold calls. • Collect more in-depth information about PNCs and the matters for which they are seeking the Firm’s help • Follow Firm prescribed guidelines on how to communicate with external individuals in the most effective manner • Show compassion for their troubles and hope for their opportunity to resolve their matter • Help PNCs see the difference between working with the Firm and not working with the Firm • Help PNCs understand what sets our firm apart from others and how that positions us to help them in their specific circumstances • Follow up with qualified PNCs who don’t immediately retain • Reach out regularly to existing and former clients to provide support and identify if any referral opportunities existThe selected candidate must be able to keep detailed records, compile reports, and maintain organizational systems. This is a highly bonused position in which the base salary range, negotiable and commensurate with skill and experience, will be between $35,000-$40,000. Our health, dental, vision, 401k, and PTO benefits round out the compensation package. In accord with the ethical rules governing lawyers, the CES will not provide legal advice, quote a fee, or enter into an engagement with a client. Rather, the CES will prepare prospective clients for entering into an engagement with the final documents approved and signed by a licensed attorney. Qualifications: • Minimum 2 years of sales experience selling high-end products like jewelry, cars, real estate, or luxury goods. • Ability to talk high price-points • Real-life experience and a few battle scars resulting in an increase in empathy and understanding is an asset • Experience overcoming a major obstacle in life and making important changes as a result • Active listening skills and the ability to influence behaviors and attitude • Education/Experience equivalent to a Bachelor's Degree
