The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Colorado family law, possess excellent client communication skills, and have extensive experience in the courtroom. Our focus is on providing exceptional assistance to individuals going through personal difficulties and achieving the best possible outcomes for our clients. Salary for this position ranges from $135,000 to $200,000, depending on experience. Additionally, there are performance-based bonuses tied to billable hours and client acquisition. Responsibilities: • Manage client matters independently from beginning to end • Devise and implement strategies to reach client goals and manage client expectations • Provide high-level production support on a range of family law cases • Engage in full-service family law representation, including representation in both pre-decree and post-decree domestic relations matters • Maintain an average caseload of 25-35 active cases • Work efficiently with, and effectively delegate to, highly skilled paralegals • Conduct discovery and high-level legal research when needed, draft and review complex court filings, conduct pretrial hearings and conferences, motions hearings, mediations, depositions, and final orders hearings Qualifications: • Applicants should have a minimum of two years of experience successfully helping clients achieve their desires in their Colorado family law matters • Experience practicing family law in Colorado is required • Applicant must have extensive knowledge of, and experience with, complex family law cases • Applicant must be able to manage a caseload of a minimum of 25 active cases • Applicant must simultaneously bill their time and meet the minimum billable hour requirements • Personality, character, intelligence, and integrity are extremely important considerations • Applicant should strive for continued professional development, participate in continuing legal education courses, and be aware of his/her own knowledge gaps • The applicant is an advocate of diversity and inclusivity in the workplace • Applicant values a work-life balance and does so while meeting work responsibilities and requirements • Applicant sets reasonable boundaries for client communication and attorney availability • The applicant maintains exceptional levels of professionalism and decorum under all circumstances • Applicant sets realistic client expectations and engages in appropriate client management • Applicant employs a keen eye for detail and takes pride in their work quality Compensation: $135,000 - $200,000 yearly
