Steward job responsibilities include possessing a complete knowledge of:
-The dish station: pots, pans, glassware, and silverware
-How to operate the dishwasher
-Proper use of cleaning chemicals
-Health Department requirements of the station
-How to empty trash
Requirements:
Candidates must:
-Be able to perform basic kitchen preparation such as peeling shrimp, peeling and slicing potatoes, etc
-Have the ability to use a knife to cut vegetables
-Possess excellent communication skills
-Strive to be cooperative and team oriented
-Be punctual and reliable
-Be able to and lift heavy objects
