Requirements:

Candidates must possess knowledge of fine dining service techniques including:

-Greeting guests

-Managing 3-4 table sections

-Presenting menu items

-Using suggestive selling skills

-Taking food and beverage orders

-Handling customer inquiries

-Tendering all monies

-Completing opening/closing duties

Candidates also must possess food, wine and beverage knowledge, Aloha or touchscreen computer experience is also helpful.
