Must have a positive attitude, excellent communication skills and remain graceful under pressure. Candidates should be punctual and reliable and remain professional at all times. As a bartender you will be responsible for the set-up, maintenance and operation of the bar. You will also be responsible for creating an enjoyable experience for our guests while providing friendly, accurate and efficient service. Must be able to make basic cocktails and have knowledge of different type of liquor.

Requirements:

Candidates must have experience in a fine dining restaurant environment and possess knowledge in the following areas:

-Greeting guests

-Presenting menu items

-Using suggestive selling skills

-Taking food and beverage orders

-Handling customer inquiries

-Tendering all monies

-Completing opening/closing duties

Candidates must:

-Be available full time

-Have a flexible schedule

-Be punctual

-Maintain high work ethics

-Be team oriented

-Possess food, wine and beverage knowledge

Aloha or touchscreen computer experience is also helpful.
