We are in search of a Head of Strategy and Operations to join the founding team, create a strategic plan and manage all operational activities, including HR, finance and legal.
Responsibilities will evolve, but include the following:
- Build a compelling, data-driven business case for targeting industry verticals and research categories on the supply or demand side.
- Plan and execute growth strategies
- Create repeatable operational playbook for activating RFP campaigns through channel partnerships
- Analyzing potential market opportunities and impacts
- Assist in refining selling proposition based on a data-driven sales case for corporate prospects, beginning with biotech/pharma and tech.
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in new market development, strategic planning, product management, operations or enterprise sales at a tech company
- Prior experience in a startup a big plus
- Ability to create well-reasoned, compelling business cases based on both quantitative and qualitative insights
- Comfort with ambiguity and moving initiatives forward through methodical hypothesis testing
- Optimistic attitude, resilient spirit and personal drive to play a pivotal role growing and scaling an early-stage startup
