We're in search of a Science Writer with potential for full-time employment. This is a great opportunity to join a social impact startup on the ground floor and play a critical role shaping our editorial voice and building a community of scientific innovators.

Responsibilities:

• Pitch story ideas, write blog posts and coordinate end-to-end article production
• Assist in the planning and execution of content marketing programs including webinars, social media and other forms of content
• Develop and coordinate social media content that appeals to our follower communities and audience segments

Qualifications:

• Exceptional writing, reporting and social media savvy
• Previous experience (work or education) in journalism, communication, or marketing
• Creative and entrepreneurial self-starter with an eagerness to learn and contribute
• Excellent project management and people skills with an appreciation for deadlines
• Passionate about science and innovation

The position is remote with multiple options for start dates spanning
