    We are looking for an experienced and passionate Office Manager/Event Coordinator to join our team. Your primary responsibility is to the guest, ensuring that every guest has a wonderful experience and ensuring all daily activities run smoothly and efficiently. To be successful in this position you should have excellent communication skills and a passion for guest service.

    You should be someone who has exceptional organizational, communication, and multi-tasking skills. You will assume a variety of responsibilities and duties such as managing reservations and private events, collecting deposits, assigning server sections, answering guest questions, and assisting with credit card disputes. You are reliable and able to work in a fast-paced environment.

    Job Duties:

    Manage/oversee reservations and private events including taking reservations, confirming, and collecting deposits.

    Assist management team.

    Support operations by maintaining office systems, organization, and procedures.

    Correspond with guests to efficiently answer questions, address issues, and take notes of their needs/requests.

    Manage credit card disputes.

    Work with vendors when necessary.

    Manage orders and invoices (when needed).

    Send private event contracts.

    Inform management team of all large parties, private events, or unique reservations.

    Assist with Hire, Termination, and other employee documentation.

    Manage/maintain office supplies.

    Help to create a positive working environment.

    Implement innovative strategies to improve productivity and sales.

    Requirements:

    Ideally, previous experience as an Office Manager, Event Coordinator, or similar

    Ideally, 5+ yrs. in customer service or office management.

    Computer literacy and familiarity with restaurant management software.

    Experience in event planning.

    Strong leadership, motivational, and people skills.

    Good financial management skills.

    Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.

    Team player.

    Good time-management skills.

    Great interpersonal and communication skills.

    Available to work during the day and within operating hours, including weekends and holidays.
