  • Responsibilities

    We are looking for an experienced and passionate Restaurant Beverage Manager to join our team. As a Beverage Manager your primary responsibility is to oversee the beverage program from planning and ordering to controlling and organizing and to ensure all daily activities run smoothly and efficiently. To be successful as a Beverage Manager you should have excellent communication and organization skills and an eye for detail.

    You should be someone who has excellent problem-solving and organizational skills and experience with beverage menus. The Beverage Manager should also be skilled at ordering the right amount of inventory to last until the next delivery while keeping overall costs and usage in mind.

    Ultimately, you will help minimize operating costs and deliver a positive dining experience for our guests.

    Job Duties:

    Manage/oversee all tasks associated with the beverage program and daily operation.

    Assist in planning the beverage menu.

    Order products and check-in orders.

    Manage invoices.

    Adhere to beverage budget, control costs, and minimize waste.

    Work with vendors.

    Unbox, inspect, and organize deliveries.

    Assist with inventory.

    Update existing menus and prices.

    Implement innovative strategies to improve productivity, sales, and quality of items offered.

    Requirements:

    Ideally, 5+ yrs. experience as Beverage Manager or similar

    Ideally, 5+ yrs. in customer service management.

    Extensive knowledge in wine, beer, liquor, etc.

    Computer literacy and familiarity with restaurant management software.

    Experience in event planning.

    Good financial management skills.

    Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.

    Team player.

    Good time-management skills.

    Great interpersonal and communication skills.

    Available to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
