HALVORSEN USA, ONE OF THE TOP STEEL FABRICATORS IN THE US, IS SEEKING TO HIRE MOTIVATED SALES ENGINEERS TO PRESENT AND SELL OUR FABRICATION SERVICES FOR OUR CLEVELAND LOCATION. Ideal candidates will have excellent customer-facing experience preparing proposals and presenting solutions and have experience developing new markets and opportunities! FAMILIARITY WITH PROCESSES SUCH AS WELDING, PLATE BENDING/ROLLING/CUTTING, AND GENERAL FABRICATION TECHNIQUES IS HIGHLY DESIRED, but we will train those with sales experience in another related manufacturing field. REQUIREMENTS:

• SELLING EXPERIENCE IN METAL FABRICATION, STEEL SERVICE CENTER, MACHINE SHOP, OR RELATED FIELDS PREFERRED
• EXPERIENCE DEVELOPING NEW MARKETS AND OPPORTUNITIES
• Sales experience in other industries such as petroleum, chemicals, plastics, wood, leather, paper, electronics, or transportation will be considered for the right candidate
• Familiar with processes such as welding, plate bending, plate rolling, plate cutting, and general fabrication techniques preferred
• Familiar with ASME & AWS project requirements preferred
• Mechanical aptitude and ability to read blueprints
• Good math skills, pricing of materials, estimation of internal labor costs
• Ability to communicate effectively with customers, follow up of quotes and orders, ensure timely delivery
• Organized & self-motivated
