Job Description
The Project Engineer in this construction position is responsible for assisting the project team with administrative duties and scheduling support.
Responsibilities:
- Monitors construction schedule with input from supervisor;
- Contacts subcontractors to confirm schedule and obtain necessary documentation;
- Reviews shop drawings and submittals for compliance with contract specifications;
- Performs material quantity take-offs;
- Solicits pricing proposals from suppliers and subcontractors for PCOs;
- Receives and distributes revisions to construction documents to subcontractors and suppliers;
- Receives material deliveries to coordinate and update the material control log;
- Provides support to field superintendent in coordinating deliveries, issuing transaction orders, and processing invoices;
- Responsible for the completion and turnover of required project close-out documents including manuals, warranties, and as-built construction plans.
- Other duties as assigned by the Project Manager.

- Previous experience in construction management or other related field preferred
- Deadline and detail-oriented
